Direct Marketing Manager (maternity cover) Dun Laoghaire, Ireland €50,000 per annum

Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated inividual to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our fundraising team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Individual Fundraising you will take a lead role in the management of the team, developing fundraising strategies and annual plans. As a member of the management team you will have the knowledge and experience required to manage donor recruitment and retention strategies to maximise value from supporters and deliver financial and other targets.

The successful candidate will have an impressive management background in a marketing or fundraising capacity. Experience of financial planning, together with strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven expertise in analysing complex information is required. Above all, you will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic manager with in-depth knowledge of direct marketing who motivates and develops their staff.
