Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) is seeking expressions of interest from individual experts and teams in a range of fields relating to:
1 Negotiation and mediation
2 Dialogue processes
3 Emergency planning and management in urban siege environments
4 Grant management systems
5 Design of remote monitoring and evaluation systems
General Qualifications
• Masters degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Fluency in English
• Experience of dealing with senior government and non-government officials
• Experience in facilitation, training and the production of training manuals
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to deploy at short notice
Preferred Qualifications
• Arabic language skills
