A brief overview
Develop, formulate and implement technical cooperation projects/programmes in the area of food safety, quality and conformity with international standards and implementation of these projects. More specifically, develop programmes to support effective integration into global value chains by developing producer/processors capacities to respond to market-driven requirements such as food safety, traceability, sustainability standards, etc.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
University - Master's degree or equivalent, in science, business administration or other relevant discipline with a specialization in project management.
UNIDO Languages:
English (Fluent), in written and spoken is required. Working knowledge of another official UN language is desirable.
Field of Expertise:
A minimum of 5 years practical experience in the field of business development, quality, certification. Experience at the international level involving technical cooperation in developing countries desirable. Exposure to the needs, conditions and problems in developing countries.
