United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: CRM Project Officer

Organization: War Child UK
Country: United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Closing date: 28 Sep 2014

See www.warchild.org.uk for a full description.

War Child has experienced considerable growth in recent years. We have invested heavily in our fundraising division and recently introduced Supporter360 – a comprehensive new CRM system and fundraising database on the Salesforce platform. Supporter360 will enable us to manage relationships across all of our income streams, effectively communicate with our valued supporters, and drive further growth.

As we continue to adopt supporter360 across the organisation, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Salesforce administrator to lead the continued adoption, development and administration of our Salesforce system, enabling the provision of exceptional supporter care. You should understand the importance and value of data to support income generation and engagement with donors, campaigners and volunteers. With excellent attention to detail, the chosen candidate should be skilled in data segmentation and insight, highly organised and able to think strategically and creatively about how Salesforce can aid War Child's development in terms of income generation, financial management and reporting. This is a newly-created position and there is also the opportunity to further explore the potential of the Salesforce platform to support other functions across the organisation, including Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Cycle Management.
