Qualifications and experience

· Degree in Business administration, Public Administration or similar.

· A minimum of two years of relevant coordination experience, preferably in multi partner projects.

· Relevant experience with international donor funded programs.

· Previous experience in project management preferably in Syria and Turkey.

· Vast experience with Microsoft office and other software packages.

· Immaculate eye for detail and proof of documentation writing experience within international Non-Governmental Organizations and donor-required standards.

· Creative, goal oriented and deadline driven. Ability to multi-task whilst working as part of a team.

· Mature, well-organized, pro-active, logical thinker with strong work ethics.

· Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.

· An in-depth understanding of national and international development issues in particular in relation to children.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

· Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

· Commitment to and an understanding of Hand in Hand for Syria’s aims, values and principles including rights-based approaches.
