Malaria Consortium has currently got an opening for a Project Officer to join the team in London. The Project Officer will provide project management and data management support to the Technical Lead and country-level project coordinators of the multi-country Beyond Garki – Africa Project and the Demographic and Health Surveillance (DHS) Data Analysis Project.
The successful candidate will have:
• BSc/BA (in relevant natural or social sciences, including project management or operations management or similar)
• Minimum of three years’ experience in project management; including project evaluation, budgeting and financial monitoring, preferably in public health
• Experience with data management and basic analyses using STATA
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
• Proven writing skills in English
• Documented presentation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work effectively and sensitively in developing countries
• A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality
• Facilitation and coordination skills
