Donor Care & Database Intern (12 month fixed term contract)

Salary: £13,854
We are seeking an intern to work as part of the Global Fundraising Directorate within the Individual Giving team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a flexible and multi-disciplinary range of services to the organisation, its supporters and suppliers. Chief among these is to provide an effective supporter care service to donors, working to quality measures and key performance indicators, and undertake database administration procedures including donation processing, data integrity checking, period end processes and support.
The role will suit a recent graduate who is seeking an opportunity to develop their career in fundraising. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and possess strong customer care and advanced IT skills.
We will also consider current students looking for a placement year as part of their degree course.
