Our Partner is a global movement sharing one vision: a world in which government, politics, business, civil society and the daily lives of people are free of corruption. It is the UK national chapter of this global movement. Its vision is a society in which:

• The lives of people in the UK and around the world are significantly improved

• We can trust the integrity of those in authority;

• There is no impunity for the corrupt at home or abroad.

With its network of chapters in over 100 countries, the movement has paralleled global understanding and expertise. It fights corruption by promoting changes in values, attitudes and behaviour at home and abroad, through programmes that draw on the UK’s unique position as a global political and business centre.

Our partner is looking for a volunteer accountant to support the finance function within the UK London office.

Its requirements would be to have someone available for 2-3 days per week who could provide support with the following:

1. Assist in completion of a Financial procedures manual and at the same time carry out an audit of processes and systems
2. Supervision of accounts assistant
3. Assisting with management reporting
4. To research and put into place a pension scheme (It would be preferable, but not essential, if you had experience in this area)

Ideally our partner would like a volunteer to start as soon as possible. Although, of course, they will wait for the right applicant. This placement will last for around 6 months. They will also cover the cost of travel and lunch for the successful volunteer.

Whilst most days are in the office, there is also scope for some flexibility to work from home.
