Responsibilities of the Job
* Coordinate all phases of the project -- planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.
* Responsible for ensuring that projects meet international standards such as Sphere guidelines WHO protocols where applicable.
* Communicate and coordinate regularly with project staff in the field to ensure compliance with the project log frame and agreements with the partner agency.
* Works closely with Human Appeal data manager to ensure timely and accurate project data and donor reporting.
* Is active in sector coordination meetings and activities, and maintains good relationships with other agencies.
* Responsible for training in health care procedures, protocols, and treatments as needed and required by donor.
* Maintain project records in an organized and efficient manner.
* Provide timely written reports on project activities and results as required by the partner and donor.
* Plan and implement project activities as described in the project proposal and ensure that activities are relevant to project objectives and indicators.
* Implement monitoring systems for all project activities, and ensure that means of verification are regularly collected from the field.
* Participate in regular meetings with project partner(s) for discussion and problem solving.
* Participate in NGO coordination meetings in the appropriate sector (e.g. Health, Nutrition, WASH, etc.).
* Attend trainings as required by project partner or Human Appeal International.
* Provide information about the project to Human Appeal as required for media presentations or for writing future project proposals.
Location of the Work
Turkey Gaziantep with occasional travel to Hatay
Require travel to Syria if security situation permits (Syrian Passport is must)
