About the role

Our Private Sector Development team is growing fast. We need an Office Coordinator to join us, reporting directly to the Private Sector Development Director. We are looking for someone who is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the office as well as providing administrative support to the Team Director.

This involves assisting the Private Sector Development team with the management of projects, including:

· General meetings support;

· Provide support for staff travel arrangements and expenses tracking;

· Provide support for Finance: monitor staff credit card purchases and documentation, reconcile monthly VISA bill;

· Quality assurance of project documents, provides support overseas as necessary;

· Consultants management and logistics.

About you

An Adam Smith International Office Coordinator should have the ability to build effective relationships with colleague from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds. They should be team player, energetic, positive, and genuinely committed to achieving lasting change in their work.

At least 2/3 years of administrative and/or PA experience.
