Grade:H (£58,578 p.a. plus benefits)

Duration: Two Year Fixed-Term Contract

Make the most of your software testing skills as you plan, organise and carry out software testing on our hugely successful debt management system in use in over 60 countries.

Involved in the complete test cycle, you will recommend functional and non-functional testing standards; design and develop test cases; regularly undertake integration testing and system testing; design, develop and execute reusable and maintainable automated scripts; and create and maintain effective test databases.

To be considered for the role, you will be a graduate in software development or other relevant computing degree, you must have at least five years’ software testing experience including quality assurance in a structured test environment; proficient in a variety of testing techniques, tools, incident / defect tracking systems; expertise in black box and white box testing techniques; working knowledge of SQL programming using MS SQL server and ORACLE; experience in testing client/server and web-based systems; and exposure to financial systems such as banking, investment and debt management.
