We are looking for an experienced Supporter Care officer, to join our small Supporter Services Team assisting the wider Fundraising and Communications Team. You will have excellent supporter care and communication skills, strong Raiser’s Edge knowledge and experience and an ability to work with attention to detail to be responsible for Supporter Care and to assist with the day-to-day administration.

Specifically, the Supporter Care Officer role involves proactively looking after supporters and responding to donor queries, producing a range of letters to donors and supporters, batching and importing donations, administering and maintaining donor records, assisting the Fundraising and Finance Teams with Raiser’s Edge reports.
