This position is part of the new Programme Quality Management Team at Plan’s International Headquarters. The team provides global leadership on how Plan manages and reports programme work, in order to maximise programme quality. This position is responsible for managing global internal communications for the team’s work, as well as coordinating global processes for developing and strengthening global procedures for managing programme quality across Plan. The role will be key in strengthening Plan's global network that focuses on programme quality management.

Key responsibilities will include;

· Building the global network to engage staff in procedures, guidelines and tools.

· Co-ordinating the process of developing and implementing procedures, guidance and tools.

· Developing and implementing a communications plan for the Programme Quality Management Team’s work.

· Creating engaging ways of bringing all materials to life for a variety of key audiences, using a range of appropriate communications channels

· Ensuring all supporting documentation is easily accessible for all staff

You will have a strong understanding of the work of organisations such as Plan and experience of internal communications and network facilitation across large and complex organisations. Having played a central role in large projects in dispersed organisations you will have experience of developing and implementing procedures and guidance successfully.

You will be positive, proactive and results focused. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of French or Spanish will be an advantage.

Location:International Headquarters based in Woking, Surrey

Travel: Some international travel may be required.

Type of Role:Permanent, full time position.

Reports to:Programme Quality Manager

Salary:£30000-35000 per annum plus benefits
