INASP is an international development organization working with a global network of partners to improve access, production and use of research information and knowledge in developing countries. We are looking for a Training Officer for a full time post, starting in May 2015. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to INASP’s work supporting capacity building in developing countries.

The Role

You will:

  • Work closely with programme staff to support the quality of training across all programme areas.
  • Provide support to INASP staff in the development of training materials.
  • Support a pilot project to develop trainers based in Africa, Asia and Latin America in learner centred training skills, including facilitating train the trainer workshops and an online community of practice.
  • Contribute to programme thinking, development and implementation.
  • Work with other members of INASP staff to share learning and best practice internally and externally.

This role is fulltime, based in our Oxford office.
