As Regional Human Resources Coordinator- Surge capacity and Middle East you will significantly contribute to our emergency response work in the Middle East and Community of Independent States, as well as support our HR function across the region as needed. You will join a committed and exciting team, and be deployed to help emergency start ups (such as e.g. Iraq, potentially Ukraine) or cover for country HR Managers in key countries for up to 50% of your time as well as provide HR advice and support to prioritised Middle Eastern countries.
An excellent team player and self motivated individual you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and supporting varied programmes across the region. Committed to staff capacity development, you will also be keen on continuously learning and adapting to changing environments. An experienced HR generalist, you will have previous experience in emergency responses, as well as in development programmes in an INGO setting.
This regional HR role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to contribute to the effective management and development of our people across a changing and exciting region.
