War Child UK is looking for an exceptional volunteer to join our London head office. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
The Communications Assistant will support the Digital Manager in his work towards improving the quality and quantity of content posted to War Child’s website and social media channels, understanding our digital audiences and developing and implementing our communications strategy.
If you have excellent organisational, analytical, research and writing skills and a proactive and positive attitude, then we would like to hear from you.
While this is an unpaid, voluntary position you’ll gain invaluable insight into working in the charity sector. You’ll be at the heart of a busy international organisation; creating and editing programmatic, fundraising and advocacy related-content. You’ll develop a deep understanding of digital audience research, analytics and conversion. You’ll also greatly improve your blogging and social media skills, equipping you for a future position in this exciting and growing field.
