Are you an inspiring senior fundraiser who can inspire corporates, individual supporters and family foundation to give?
We need a highly motivated and effective Relationship Manager to join a very exciting phase at International Medical Corps UK in driving forward a new fundraising income stream in line with a brand new exciting strategy to enable us to continue our successful work in 14 out of 16 crisis zones in the world.
This is a full-time role, reporting to the Director of Resource Development & Communications requires an enthusiastic and creative individual, who will help lead and implement the organisations fundraising strategy to achieve significant contributions to IMC UK’s income to support our work. With a proven track record in identifying and pursuing individual leadership and partnership prospects from scratch to develop a pipeline with links to corporate support, own high net wealth, further prospects or trusts and foundations as well as developing strong ongoing relationship connection’s including personally securing gifts. The candidate must demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude with ability to hit the ground running, taking advantage of emerging opportunities and willingness to approach fundraising differently.
Appropriately qualified and experienced, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding own fundraising targets, the successful candidate will have excellent relationship, development and communication skills, an ability to motivate and inspire others, tenacity and enthusiasm. Some understanding, experience or keen interest in International Aid Agencies would be advantageous.
