Interim Learning & Development Partner (1 year FTC) Haywards Heath £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Sightsavers has a new vacancy for an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join the Global HR team. We are entering an exciting time of launching a new globally accessible HR system. We are looking for an L&D Partner who has experience of working as a ‘Centre of Excellence’ leader who will be the catalyst for launching key HR projects across the organisation.
At an exciting time of change, we’re looking for a HR Systems Manager to be part of the Implementation.

You’ll focus on managing and delivering the necessary training material for the each of the projects and using the appropriate means to deliver training in the most cost effective and efficient way while maintaining highest standards regarding the quality of delivery.

The successful applicant will have a comprehensive knowledge of the full training cycle, needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation within a commercial organisation. First class facilitation and delivery skills, combined with expertise of working with Captivate or similar system to prepare content for e-learning platforms. Skilled in designing comprehensive and practical learning solutions particularly around induction and on-boarding programmes. Strong organisational and planning ability with proven project management skills in rolling out training initiatives including planning and logistics. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to use their own initiative.

This role will report directly into the Director of HR & OD.
