CARE International UK (CIUK) is recruiting a Humanitarian Funding Coordinator to support on identification of funding opportunities and subsequently the development of high quality funding submissions to institutional donors (DFID and ECHO). The post-holder will support CAREs country offices through the proposal development process ensuring compliance with donor requirements and priorities. During crises the post-holder will support on the maintenance of appeal funding grids, updating on a regular basis and sharing with CARE International Secretariat.

You will have relevant experience of working on humanitarian programmes with relevant humanitarian donors, including experience of applying current learning on good practice in the field. You will have strong capacity building, analytical, financial and team working skills, and be motivated by a passion to fight against poverty and reduce vulnerability.
